"Moved out of state and Oliver has not canceled the insurance or issued a refund despite multiple weeks of calling, emails, and leaving messages. Oliver and I spoke on the phone prior to this month's billing cycle and he said he would cancel my insurance to the date I moved out of state. However, this did not happen and he has not issued a refund or answered my calls."
